    1964: Assistant to Dr. Albert Schweitzer in Lambarene, Gabon.
    1966-67: Physician cooperating in Rwanda.
    1968-75: Doctor of orphans and refugees in Vietnam and Cambodia.
    1976-77: Chief Medical Officer in charge of the transgabonais railways.

       1977: Among Laotian refugees (M.S.F).
       1979: Among victims of famine in Zaire (International Red Cross).
       1981: Hospital indigent in Kinshasa (Zaire).
       1976.1978 and 1983: Surgeon in Lebanon  (Secours Populaire).
       1982: On the front of the Iran-Iraq war.
       1984: Surgeon in Somalia.
       1986: Creation of the Free Faculty of Natural Medicine and Ethnomedicine (FLMNE) at the Sorbonne.
       1987: Creation of the Association Barefoot doctors
